Second course: Maryland soft shell crab/Cast iron’d kale/Breakfast radish/Garlic-mushroom broth
Third course: Washington County chicken/Salt-roasted cabbage slaw/Mizuna/Red pepper
Fourth course: Lemon-thyme shaved ice/Berries/Whipped mascarpone
