Cannon Coffee is a gluten-free specialty coffee shop, offering a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere to the downtown district of Hagerstown. Products offered will include premium coffee, handmade pastries, and quality lunch items at an affordable price, while also supporting local businesses and using local products when available.
Owners Chris and Lindsay Reese are Washington County natives and huge coffee lovers. Lindsay grew up in Sharpsburg, and Chris in Hagerstown. After living in Savannah and Baltimore and experiencing incredible boutique style coffee shops, they have returned back to Hagerstown to pursue their dream of running their own.
The main product will be locally sourced coffee, including espressos and lattes. Coffee can be paired with handmade pastries such as muffins and breads. Lunch will be served using locally baked bread and farm fresh meats and produce.
Strategically located on Potomac Street, Cannon Coffee will be easily accessible for local residents and the many businesses located around the arts district. The intent is to cater to the downtown business customer who wants to grab something quick, to the student who wants to sit and stay a while, and to the young family who wants a comfortable and inclusive environment. Customers will be provided a simple but flavorful menu, plenty of seating space, and a warm customer service atmosphere.
