2076 Time Capsule Burial

In honor and memory of our nations 250th birthday, downtown Hagerstown will bury the 2076 Time Capsule in partnership with Antietam Exchange Club. This event will allow the public to witness the burial of the 2076 Time Capsule, which will be scheduled to open July 9th, 2076!
